Most of the items we sell at Getridz.com can be shipped as follows:
a.) 3 – 5 days from date of approval for delivery within Singapore
b.) 10 – 14 days from date of approval for delivery outside Singapore
We do not ship on weekends and holidays, but will exert best effort to get the
items to the intended recipient as soon as possible, especially if no preferred
delivery date has been indicated. We cannot commit to a specific time as to
when deliveries will arrive during a particular day, but we can commit that the
delivery will be made on said day, as stated above.

Getridz.com ships ordered goods through any of our various accredited 3rd
party couriers or through our in-house courier group. These authorized
couriers reserve the right to refuse to ship items that are restricted from
carriage by air transport regulations or the regulations of its air carrier
partners. The terms specified under the Conditions of Contract of these
couriers apply on packages shipped through them, respectively.
For international destinations, standard delivery schedules of the couriers
and their corresponding rates apply and customer will be informed
accordingly should such instances arise.

damages, whether direct, incidental, special or consequential, arising from
the handling and delivery of ordered goods by authorized courier.
